Tortilla Soup

I decided to make Tortilla Soup with the leftover meat I had from making tamales. 
4 cups cooked and shredded pork or chicken

5 cups of water
1 can black beans
1 cup frozen corn
2 chicken bouillions cubes
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoon chili powder
1/3 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 red bell pepper diced
1 yellow onion chopped
4 oz can of diced green chili's
Add all the ingredients except the cooked chicken into a large pot and cook for 45 minues on medium heat.  Add the cooked chicken and cook for another 20 minutes.
Salt to taste, remember the tortilla chip are salty.

Garnish with crushed tortilla chips, cilantro, sour cream,cheddar
cheese,  green onions and lime.

You can make this in a crockpot, Cook on high for 1 hour and low for 2 hours.
