Claudette's Sweet Banana Mush


Recipe from Claudette Gartner

Don't let the looks deceived you, the smashed banana's make the waffles so good. 

Ingredients
serves 2
1.  2 banana
2.  1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
3.  1 tablespoon milk
4.  1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Put the banana's in a bowl, add the sugar, milk and cinnamon.  Then smash the banana's with a fork until it is all smashed together.


I loved it when my family had waffles or pancakes and mom would make Banana Mush (that's what we called it).
