Crock Pot Chicken

2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves crushed
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon pepper flakes
3/4 cups water
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 yellow onions sliced
1 bell pepper sliced
2 carrots slices
4 chicken breast (quartered)

Whisk the first 10 ingredients together in the crock pot, add the sliced vegetables and chicken.  Season your chicken breast with salt and pepper before putting it in the crock pot. After the chicken had cooked for 6 hours, I used a fork to tear  the chicken into smaller pieces. Cook 2 hours on high and 4 hours on low.  I will add a picture soon.  Making it again tomorrow.
